Come to the second annual OPA 340B Midwest Regional Conference & Expo 2024, on September 23 & 24, at the Hilton Columbus at Easton, which is situated in the heart of Easton Town Center near shopping, dining and entertainment.

Pharmacists, other healthcare professionals, health-system and health center executives, GPOs, wholesalers, drug company decision makers, healthcare leaders, as well as federal, state, and local government officials are invited to attend to learn, interact, network and address today’s toughest challenges in community healthcare. Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians can earn up to six hours (0.6 CEU) of continuing pharmacy education credit. Breakout sessions each day will offer the opportunity to share and learn. Exhibitors will be on hand during breaks, Monday’s lunch and evening reception, as well as Tuesday's breakfast to discuss their products and services designed to meet your practice needs.

Members will be provided with a detailed map of the Expo Area in order to know who is in attendance and what products or disease states are being discussed. Additionally, there will be incentives for individuals to attend the expo, which will increase attendance. Newly incorporated meeting breaks, as well as highlighted times during Friday’s schedule, have been incorporated to increase registrant’s participation in the expo. Due to these changes, we strongly encourage exhibitors to consider taking advantage of the opportunity to select more than one table. We encourage exhibitors to consider having one table per disease state or product type.  

To receive benefits such as recognition on signage and programs all Reverse Expo Participants MUST register by October 1, 2024!

Cancelation Policy for Exhibitors

• Exhibitors may cancel their registration before October 1st for a 100% refund minus a $100 processing fee.
• Between October 1st and October 15th, exhibitors who cancel will receive a 50% refund
• No refunds will be issued for cancelations received after October 15th.
• No-shows will forfeit 100% of the registration fee.
• The deadline to register for exhibitors is October 1st to receive full benefits (listed on the map, etc.)

This registration is used as an application to participate in the Reverse Expo. Applications will be reviewed, and participants will be chosen after they have been reviewed at a later date to be determined. Priority will be given to our Corporate Sponsors. Invoices will be issued once approved.

PRODUCT THEATER APPLICATION

This registration is utilized as an application to participate as a Product Theater Exhibitor. Once participants are finalized, invoices will be issued.

Product Theaters are 30-45 minute sessions that feature exhibitor presentations on the clinical benefit or scientific research relating to the development of an approved pharmaceutical product or featured disease state. These sessions provide a focused, high value live marketing opportunity for exhibitors to reach motivated professionals in a pre-scheduled, private session. Sessions may include information on new uses, combinations, or therapies approved products, updates to clinical guidelines, or considerations for specific disease states. Product Theaters are a forum to gather and discuss issues on patient education, specific products and therapeutic areas with company representatives or your designees. OSHP recognizes that Product Theaters will be promotional and may concentrate on a specific product or drug. These sessions are not approved for continuing education credits. We will be offering FOUR product theaters as a part of our Friday’s seminar offerings.

Product Theater Details

• Product theaters focusing on non-branded material will be given preference in the selection process.
• Final product theater selections will be determined by OSHP from all completed applications.
• The same organization may apply for multiple product theaters.
• Product theaters will run during the same time as other educational CPEs, but exclusive of other product theaters.
• Participation in the product theater does not preclude, nor guarantee participation in either the traditional expo, or reverse expo. Registration for the traditional expo or reverse expo must be completed by your organization.
