Traditional Exhibitor Registration

Members will be provided with a detailed map of the Expo Area in order to know who is in attendance and what products or disease states are being discussed. Additionally, there will be incentives for individuals to attend the expo, which will increase attendance. Meeting breaks, as well as highlighted times during Friday’s schedule, have been incorporated to increase registrant’s participation in the Expo. We encourage exhibitors to consider having one table per disease state or product type.

• Friday, October 24 - Vendor Load-In 7:00 am - 8:00 am 
• Friday, October 24 - Attendee Sessions 8:00 am - 2:00 pm

• We will be releasing an exhibitor kit at a later date. 
  
  

• Registration includes one 6' skirted table & 2 representatives
• Each additional table -- $1,000 
  
  

Cancelation Policy for Exhibitors

• Exhibitors may cancel their registration before October 1st for a 100% refund minus a $100 processing fee.
• Between October 1st and October 15th, exhibitors who cancel will receive a 50% refund
• No refunds will be issued for cancelations received after October 15th.
• No-shows will forfeit 100% of the registration fee.
• The deadline to register for exhibitors is October 1st to receive full benefits (listed on the map, etc.)
