OSHP special interest groups (SIGs) bring together members with similar interest or expertise to network, share ideas, and support initiatives related to a particular topic or discipline.
Research SIG
The Research SIG seeks to build a dynamic network of pharmacy professionals dedicated to advancing practice-based research across Ohio. Their mission is to connect clinicians, educators, and investigators to collaborate on real-world research that improves patient care, informs clinical decision-making, and strengthens health-system pharmacy practice.
Residency Leadership SIG
The Residency Leadership SIG is dedicated to advancing excellence in pharmacy residency training across the state of Ohio. The SIG serves as a collaborative forum for residency program directors, coordinators, preceptors, and emerging leaders of both PGY1 and PGY2 programs. The Residency Leadership SIG will aim to share best practices, promote innovation in residency education, support accreditation and program quality initiatives, and foster leadership development within residency programs. Through networking, resource development, and professional engagement, the Residency Leadership SIG strives to strengthen residency training infrastructure and cultivate the next generation of pharmacists.
