OSHP Scholarship for Non-Graduating PharmD Students

Purpose
A merit-based scholarship designed to recognize an outstanding professional student enrolled in a Doctor of Pharmacy program at an Ohio-based College of Pharmacy.

Criteria
Students in the final year of their program are ineligible for consideration. The scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic achievements, leadership abilities, professional activities, references, and an interest in pharmacy. The recipient is expected to actively participate in one of the OSHP divisions and should make every effort to attend the semi-annual OSHP Division days.

Nomination
Scholarship applications highlighting activities, service, leadership, recognition, work experience, and two letters of recommendation may by submitted electronically. Maximum of two letters of recommendation. 

Selection
Made by OSHP Division of Professional Affairs; final approval by the OSHP Board of Directors.

Presentation
OSHP Annual Meeting

Award
$500 scholarship; Certificate; Complimentary OSHP Annual Meeting registration
