Legislation That OSHP Is Tracking
The legislative affairs division tracks a variety of bills that are present in the Ohio House of Representatives and/or The Ohio Senate. Some of these are directly related to the practice of health-system pharmacy and others are potentially of interest to our membership due to their impact on higher education/training, public health, drug policy etc.
The inclusion of legislation on this page does not mean that OSHP endorses or opposes these pieces of legislation. Specific information regarding legislation that we support/oppose as an organization can be found on the "Legislation That OSHP is Advocating For / Against" page. Additional legislation is listed here so that our membership can easily stay up to date with legislation that may be more applicable to their individual practices. We believe that OSHP makes a difference, not only when we advocate as a collective, but when we empower our membership with the tools needed to advocate for the issues that may be more specific to their own practice.
