The OSHP Pharmacy Technician of the Year Award

Purpose
To recognize a pharmacy technician of high integrity who has made significant contributions toward supporting the practice of pharmacy within the health-system organization.

Criteria
The focus of this award is based upon recent accomplishments within the health-system organization, preferably within the last year.

Nominations
Nominations may be submitted by any member of OSHP, OSHP Board of Directors and Local Affiliated Chapters. Letter of recommendation of immediate supervisor must accompany nomination. Use of the nomination form is required. Submittal of a resume is optional.

Selection
The OSHP Division of Professional Affairs will select the winner from available nominees. Final approval will be made by the OSHP Board of Directors.
